Our company has a monthly all-hands meeting in our office at the end of every month. We go over exciting things happening, have a word on what they’re working on, and cover the problems faced during site execution. And at end of each meeting We celebrate each employee’s birthday. We make our employees feel special in all ways. We try to make their birthday special by cake cutting and celebrations.
